“Kunst i bevegelse”

Our next concert in Sarpsborg, Norway! This time, our AI artist will co-create with the Østfold String Quartet and pianist Eirik Haug Stømner. Together, they will bring a fresh perspective to Schumann’s Piano Quintet.

Østfold String Quartet

Østfold String Quartet unites four of the region’s leading musicians – Stepan Frolov and Maria Dahl (violins), Helle Tennøe Andersen (viola), and Liv Frengstad (cello). Since its foundation in 2013, the quartet has established itself as a strong artistic voice in Østfold, combining a passion for the great classical repertoire with a dedication to new music. They have premiered works by Norwegian composers such as Erik Wøllo, Stian Omenås, and Kjell Mørk Karlsen, while also performing masterpieces by Haydn, Mozart, Grieg, Dvořák, and Sigurd Islandsmoen. With collaborations ranging from festivals to musicals, public concerts, and private events, the quartet is committed to exploring new formats and reaching diverse audiences.
